Before our meeting, please gather all necessary documents and ensure they are complete, but unsigned. Notaries cannot witness signatures on blank or incomplete forms, so having your documents ready is essential.

Identification: Make sure to have a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. This is required to verify your identity before any notarization. If you have any questions or concerns about ID, please ask me prior to your appointment.

Review Your Documents: Confirm that your documents are filled out as needed but left unsigned. I can only notarize documents that are fully prepared and ready to go and unsigned prior to my arrival.

On the day of your appointment, I’ll travel to your chosen location—whether it’s your home, office, or even a local café. This mobile service makes notarization convenient and accessible for you.
