Making Notarization Simple and Convenient

At Unwritten Mobile Notary Services, I make notarizing your documents as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Here’s What You Can Expect From Our Mobile Notary Process:

1. Schedule Your Appointment

Start by reaching out to book a time that works for you. You can contact me via phone, text,  email, or by using the booking form on my website. I’ll confirm your appointment details, including the type of documents you need notarized, your location, and any specific requirements (such as additional witnesses).

Flexible Timing: I work around your schedule to provide notary services at a time and place that’s convenient for you.

Appointment Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation with all the necessary details for a smooth, stress-free appointment.

2. Prepare Your Documents and Identification

Before our meeting, please gather all necessary documents and ensure they are complete, but unsigned. Notaries cannot witness signatures on blank or incomplete forms, so having your documents ready is essential.

Identification: Make sure to have a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. This is required to verify your identity before any notarization. If you have any questions or concerns about ID, please ask me prior to your appointment.

Review Your Documents: Confirm that your documents are filled out as needed but left unsigned. I can only notarize documents that are fully prepared and ready to go and unsigned prior to my arrival.

3. I’ll Come to You

On the day of your appointment, I’ll travel to your chosen location—whether it’s your home, office, or even a local café. This mobile service makes notarization convenient and accessible for you.

Punctual Arrival: I understand the importance of your time, so I make it a priority to arrive punctually at every appointment.

Fully Mobile: My goal is to simplify the process by bringing notary services to you wherever you need them.

4. Verification and Signing

When we meet, I’ll verify your identity by checking your ID and briefly reviewing the documents for completeness. I’ll then walk you through the signing process, ensuring that all requirements are met for each document.

Identity Verification: To prevent fraud, I confirm the identity of each signer and witness, if applicable.

Guidance Through the Process: If you have questions during the signing, I’m here to answer them and ensure each step is done correctly.

5. Affixing My Notary Seal

After you sign the documents in my presence, I’ll apply my official notary seal and signature. This seal certifies that the document has been properly notarized according to state requirements.

Secure Notarization: I carefully apply my notary seal and complete any other formalities, ensuring your document meets all legal standards.

Peace of Mind: With a certified notary public handling your documents, you can trust that everything has been done right.

6. Payment and Final Steps

At the end of our appointment, I’ll collect payment for the services provided, based on our pre-discussed rates. I accept various forms of payment for your convenience.

Transparent Fees: No surprises—my fees are straightforward and transparent. Any additional fees, such as travel or printing, are discussed upfront.

Receipt Provided: I’ll provide a receipt for your records if needed, and answer any final questions you may have.
